The American saxophonist J.R. Monterose lived in Belgium for a few years in the seventies. He hired the trio of Michel Herr to formed his quartet, Spontaneous Effort. Michel Herr (piano), Freddie Deronde (double bass), J.R. Monterose (tenor saxophone) and Félix Simtaine (drums). Belgium, 1975.
